Aqua Full-Body Cardio #1: Full Body Circuit

Shallow-water cardio done in a UPPER & LOWER BODY CIRCUIT format.

0:00-min: Upper Body: Shoulder
1:00-min: Lower Body: Leg Swing + Ski
2:00-min: Upper Body: Chest and Back
3:00-min: Lower Body: Leg Swing + Jumping Jacks
4:00-min: Upper Body: Shoulders and Back
5:00-min: Lower Body: Leg Swing + Twist
6:00-min: Upper Body: Combo
7:00-min: Lower Body: Combo

EQUIPMENT: Pool Noodle.
