AIOps explained, Setting up the Netcool Impact Connector

In this video Zane and Fred discuss how to use Netcool/Impact in the IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps. This is based on the previous video: "AIOps explained, Netcool Connectors". We include best practices, talk about what to do and what not to do. How does the event handshake work, how can I call a policy from both sides and we round it all up demoing a simple event enrichment. This should set you up as a seasoned Impact admin or user to reuse your skills in IBM AIOps.
