Strasser RS14 Evolution rifle

SHOT Show 2018 – the Austrian firm Strasser has introduced the Strasser RS14 Evolution, an upgrade of the existing RS 14 straight-pull hunting rifle, now also equipped with a integral Picatinny rail for mounting optics.

At the 2018 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, the Austrian-based Strasser company showcased the new Strasser RS14 Evolution straight-pull bolt-action hunting rifle. A top-class versatile and modular hunting rifle, the Strasser RS14 Evolution rifle is now equipped with a integral Picatinny rail, for mounting any type of riflescopes.

The Strasser RS14 Evolution is a straight-pull bolt-action rifle with a 45-degrees bolt handle and a very short travel for fast repetition, featuring an ergonomic stock, an ergonomically-design vertical safety catch, and a removabile combination trigger with adjustable trigger weight that also houses the Allen wrench to disassemble the rifle.

What makes the Strasser RS14 Evolution rifle really a top class versatile and modular rifle, however, is the new and patented BEST barrel eschange system.

The mechanical function of the BEST barrel exchange system enables an absolutely repeatable caliber change due to the unrivalled shape of the exchange barrels.
