A 55-year-old bodybuilder says he was "over the moon" to finish second in a world championship after being out of the sport for more than two decades,
Renzo Algieri won what was originally intended as a warm-up event in Colchester which qualified him for the world championships in Greece.
The Cardiff bodybuilder said the journey back to the top has been incredible.
