علاوہ ازیں بتایا گیا کہ کتے کی 60 سالہ مالکن بھی کورونا وائرس کی متاثرہ ہیں۔

ہانگ کانگ حکام نے کتے کے متعدد طبی ٹیسٹ کرنے کے بعد بتایا کہ کتے میں 'کورونا وائرس نسبتاً کمزور' ہے۔

Authorities confirmed the coronavirus in the dog, saying it was rare for the disease to be transmitted from human to animal, according to AFP.

The 60-year-old dog's owner was also reported to be infected with the coronavirus.

Hong Kong officials said after conducting several medical tests on the dog that the dog was "relatively weak" in the corona virus.

Authorities, however, quarantined the infected dog at the animal center.
