Add GOAT mode to 2021 Bronco using Forscan
How to add GOAT modes to your 2021+ Bronco using Forscan.
Prior to this, you need to register on the Forscan forums and have your OBDLink cable. Once you have a username you can register your device and get a license code. You need a windows laptop. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just needs a USB port and internet access to download the software. I paid $10 for a 1 year license but you can request a 60 day trial code. Plenty of walkthroughs out there on using Forscan. This video only shows which module to change to activate modes you didn’t have from the factory. Note this is a badlands model which had every mode but sport. Because it has the advanced transfer case, sport mode puts it into 4A by default. If you have the standard transfer case you will be in 2H. Some others have added Baja, mud/ruts to base models with success. Proceed at your own risk and be sure to backup before changes so you can revert if necessary.
