China's Most Popular Food (Part 2)

The second part of the two part series on the most popular food in China. This video shows one of the food processing plants that help to produce billions of packages per year along with mountains covered in Bamboo used in the soup production. This product has taken both China and the world by storm. Luosifen which means snail soup is the pride of Liuzhou, Guangxi China. It is inexpensive, tastes great and creates employment for hundreds of thousands of people from farmers growing products for the soup to people working in the processing plants.
