ℹ️ What You Need to Know Before Visiting the 9/11 Museum
🎟️ Tickets:
Admission costs range from $19–$33 USD, depending on age and discounts. You can buy tickets online in advance or at the entrance on the day. I bought mine when I arrived — there was no line at all (see 2:17).
⏱️ Time Needed:
Plan for about 2 to 3 hours inside the museum. It’s not something to rush through — the exhibits are moving and deserve time to fully take in.
📵 Filming:
You're not allowed to film inside the main historical exhibition. It’s an intense, emotional space, and there’s so much to absorb. Being fully present matters. (see 7:44)
🌞 Hot Weather Tip:
If you’re visiting in summer, bring water — it can get very hot, especially around the outdoor memorial. There’s not much shade, and you’ll be walking a lot.
