Kamlan 28mm f1.4 Review | My Favorite Manual Lens

The Kamlan 28mm f1.4 is easily my favorite manual focus lens and in this review I try and explain why that is. While all my experience with the lens is based on using it on micro four thirds cameras (Panasonic Lumix GH3, Gx7) it is also available in E mount (Sony A6000, 6400), X mount(Fujifilm XS10, XT4) and M mount (Canon M50, M100).
While the Kamlan 50mm f1.1 is a much more popular lens, I think the 28mm is a much more practical and versatile lens and has a lot more going for it.
The video samples shown in this review are from a few paid shoots (mostly testimonials). some short films, most of which can be found on this channel as well some random test shots created just for the review.
I think this lens is a must buy for any up and coming videographers working with a limited budget who are looking to upgrade to a fast prime lens to improve their skills with.
