An almost ideal team, giving the ensemble its "vis comica" (comic power), with Callas' Rosine in great style and playmaker, combining the two versions of the role as well as possible, and a very lively Gobbi. If we don't find in the studio all the "spumante" (sparkling) aspect that recordings of the same actors have kept for us, this is nevertheless a memorable performance.
