Four strategies for the early quantum jungle w/ William Zeng | Keynote at QCE20 Workshop

Robust technologies ecosystems are like jungles and this talk gives four strategies for open source to help the quantum tech jungle thrive. It covers the history of open source quantum software and efforts by the Unitary Fund and others to support the space. It also includes suggestions on how to better develop open source quantum software so that it is adopted and lasts.
