Picking and cooking with the INVASIVE Garlic Mustard plant | Wild Pesto | Wild Horseradish | Recipe

Garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata) is an invasive weed in Ontario belonging to the mustard family. I found a patch growing near the garden and set out to eradicate but also cook with it. I ate some fresh and also made horseradish and pesto with Tara.
