In this showing i am showing that how to refill fire extinguisher. Mr. Mustufa refills the used fire extinguisher in which the pressure gauge needle is down. Firstly, he take the fire extinguisher in the fire extinguisher holder. Secondly, he remove the valve with the help of a metallic rod. Thirdly, he open the plastic pipe from the valve which is inside the fire extinguisher. Fourthly, he cleans the valve from sticky powder. Fifthly, he changes O ring both outer side and the inner side of the valve. Sixth, he removes the old powder from the fire extinguisher and insert the new 4 kg dry chemical powder in the fire extinguisher. Seventh, he installs the valve on the fire extinguisher. Eighth, he transfers nitrogen gas from big nitrogen to a fire extinguisher and the needle of the pressure gauge meter raises and he stops filling nitrogen at 15 bars. Now the final test is water testing. He takes the refilled fire extinguisher dipped in water tank and check that is there any air bubble coming out. If the bubbles exists - its means there is a leakage in the fire extinguisher.
