Opus Time Lapse: Beltline Residences Q2 2022 Construction Update

Adjacent to the Bass Lake Preserve and one block south of the Beltline Boulevard Station in St. Louis Park, Minn., we’re currently building Beltline Residences, a 250-unit market-rate multifamily development.

Residents will be a short walk from trendy restaurants and retailers as well as Wolfe Park with walking trails, an amphitheater, picnic shelters, playgrounds, and basketball and pickleball courts. The Minneapolis Chain of Lakes are less than two miles east.

The building will have studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as live-work units. 10% of the units will be affordable to households earning 50% or less of the area's median income.

Residents will have access to a full set of amenities, covering health, fitness, social and more.

The building will also include a three-level parking ramp with 320-vehicle spaces, a bicycle parking area and bicycle maintenance room.

The project is scheduled for completion in November 2023.
