Hey guys. This is one of the most vulnerable videos I have ever made but I felt like it was important to share an update with you about the last few months. Depression and suicidal thoughts are debilitating and can become dangerous. Im lucky that I had people around me who were able to help me through some of my lowest low moments. If you are experiencing depression or suicidal thoughts please get help quickly. Your life is so important and there is always always hope for a better life.
