From creator to CEO (August Business Recap 👩🏽‍💻)

(since I said I'm going to start taking you behind the scenes of my business more)
 
Coming back from maternity leave, I came with fresh eyes and decided to shift my entire approach to my business.
 
For years, I focused on creator goals: post more, grow more, create more, repeat.
 
BUT if I want to TRULY scale my business to match the big vision I have, I need to step into the CEO role I’d been avoiding. So I gave myself a business audit and the results hurt 😅
 
So the game plan moving forward:
✔️ Retire offers that don't feel in alignment (20+ 🤯)
✔️ Cleaned up funnels
✔️ Start simplifying the entire customer journey
✔️ Set real business goals (not just content ones)
 
It might feel like I’m “doing less”…but I KNOW this is going to be worth it.
