Okay, to be honest the start of this week has felt a little bit messy for me. I found myself feeling a bit stressed out, a bit busy, and not able to get as many things done in a day as usual. I decided to take this day as a full reset routine day to be able to get back on top of all of the work I needed to do and start to feel productive again after I’ve been on motivated.
I personally think that every reset day should get you ahead of the tasks that you need to be doing, include some goal setting to redirect where you want to be going, but also give you some space to breathe and relax to reward you for your hard work.
