Glutinous Rice Bamboo well known as lemang of the typical heritage malay food that exist in Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia & Singapore. Lemang is a traditional food made of glutinous rice, coconut milk and salt that is cooked inside the bamboo stalk. Malay delicacy which is normally serve together with beef or chicken rendang is quite standard for many malay open houses during festive season.
