Nicole and Shawn take on the classic CrossFit benchmark WOD "Annie". Shawn came in hoping to match her PR. Nicole thought she would be trying to keep up but led by just a few seconds most of the way. Both athletes finished nearly un-broken with only one trip-up each on the double-unders, and finished within 2 seconds of each other (Nicole in 5:33; Shawn in 5:35).
