Audioengine A5+ Powered Bookshelf Speakers review - (and D1 dac mini review)

I know these have been out for a couple years now at this point, but they seem to still be very popular, so I'd thought i'd give them a try and see if they meet all my requirements and would be able to replace my busted m-audio av40's.
