Campotosto Lake, Abruzzo, rounding up the summer with an escape from the extreme heat!

One of the last adventures we had this summer was at Campotosto Lake. It's a place we used to take the kids when they were little and it's been years since we were there. We had forgotten how extraordinarily beautiful this place is. It was an escape from the crazy heat which was the defining feature of this summer...everywhere!
Despite being so rocked by climate change more than ever this year...we have had some beautiful times, which I've summed up in this video.
