#1 misconceptions about the military... (or lets just say Air Force be thats my experience) is that you’ll always be in great shape, you won't gain weight, and its easy to keep weight off in the #military #airforce . If anything, I find it harder somedays with my sit down job and work/military schedule. I know for some people its easy to get their fitness back on track quickly but for those who don't or didn't, I'm here with you and we'll get there together!
