The Corporate Life Cycle: Investing, Finance and Management Lessons
Like human beings, companies are born (start up), go through growth, mature and decline, albeit with higher mortality rates at the early stages. In this session, I look at how the focus in corporate finance shifts as businesses age and the management skills that are required at each stage. I also look at the evolution of uncertainty and its effect on pricing and valuation across the life cycle.
