‘Good on him’: Trump praised for putting ‘60 Minutes’ journalist in her place following shooting
Sky News host Danica De Giorgio has praised US President Donald Trump for “pushing back against the liberal media” following the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
President Trump has hit back at America’s 60 Minutes host Norah O’Donnell after being asked about the contents of the alleged gunman’s manifesto, in which he had called the American leader a “paedophile, rapist, and traitor”.
“I think that Donald Trump was right to push back on the journalist here,” Ms De Giorgio said.
“Good on him.”
