Federal & State Judges Reject Tump's lawsuits. Now Dems Should Use the Courts to Deal with McConnell

The judiciary held against Trump and Rudy Giuliani's seditious legal attacks on the election results. Now, how do the Democrats solve the problem of Mitch McConnell. The framers of the Constitution did not envision a Senate Majority Leader that would REFUSE to allow bills passed by the House of Representative to be debated or voted on by the Senate. The Founding Fathers did not envision a Senate Majority Leader who would violate the Constitution by refusing to hold a confirmation hearing or refusing to provide the "advice and consent" required by Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution. Here is what the Democrats should do to deal with the unconstitutional conduct of Mitch McConnell.
