Front, side, back lunge

INSTRUCTIONS

• Start with feet shoulder-width apart
• Step forward and lunge
• Step back, then lunge sideways with same leg
• Step backwards with same leg for reverse lunge
• Do prescribed umber of reps before switching to the other side

Resistance band option:

• Stand on midpoint of band with supporting leg
• Curl biceps to shoulders with each lunge
• Return arms to right angles as you step back to starting position
• Do prescribed number of reps before switching to the other side
