Synopsis

Dina begum is a British-Bangladeshi author and food writer, and the leading voice in Bangladeshi food.

‘Made in Bangladesh’ explores the delicious cuisine of Bangladesh in over 75 tantalsing recipes. Taking you through the six Bangladeshi seasons -summer, monsoon, autumn, late autumn, winter, and spring -with warming flavours and memories. A unique visual feast with beautiful food and location photography that captures the atmosphere and vibrancy of Bangladeshi food. ‘The Brick Lane Cookbook’, was followed by ‘Made in Bangladesh’, the first mainstream Bangladeshi cookbook featured on best cookbook lists in Vogue, and National Geographic.
