I’ve got to be honest… It’s easy to get caught up in hype of making everything golf specific But in reality, just getting stronger in the foundational movements patterns will benefit 90% of golfers That being said, the bulk of a golfers training program should be made up of pushing/pulling/squatting/hinging However, getting stronger is just the base of the pyramid As golfers. we also need to improve the rate that we can develop force, and our ability to transfer power from the lower to the upper body, and ultimately the golf club That’s where movements like this come in handy Try it out for yourself and share with a golfer who could use some extra pop off the tee #golfexercise #golffitness #golfer #golfdrill #golf
