PAYPAL IS BLOCKING GHANAIANS

Many Ghanaians are engaged in online business activities but find it difficult to transact because they do not have Paypal accounts. My name is Joel Sam and this video is to address some important concerns about why PayPal is blocking Ghanaians.

Ghana is not listed as a PayPal country but in response to comments on my previous videos, I felt it was necessary to share how to open a PayPal account in Ghana, exploiting an opening in the Paypal system which makes that possible. Unfortunately, that window has been closed by Paypal's new policy agreement. The method still works but you use it at your own risk. Other services like PayPal that you can use with no risk include Skrill, Net teller and Payoneer.

The Visa Card that is guaranteed to work for your withdrawals is the UMB Prepaid Card and the PalmPay virtual card. This can easily be obtained from any UMB bank without necessarily owning a UMB Bank Account. Yo can obtain the PalmPay virtual card b downloading the PalmPay app and registering for it. Others which may work include Stanbic, Ecobank, Cal and Access Bank Visa Cards.
