The Mysterious Skulls of Hell Pie - Part 2

I was finally able to locate the other two skulls found in the other levels. First one is in Pearly Gates, where there's a lone tower difficult of access. The 3rd one is located in Sashimi Bay, a little underwater just before the level boundaries. So far we have 3 skulls, each with different numbers on them. Is there another Skull located in the Jungle, the only Hub World without one so far ?
