Russian Policeman as is!!!!

This policeman like a drunk! Didn`t say his name and rank!
Treated the gun (operatop couldn`t save it(()
Reason!
Wife of operator was driving in left lane. Police car was driving behaind and asked pregnant woman move to right lane because police car escorted car of some Ministry (not Minister!!!!). Woman couldn`t move because traffic was hard but she switched on turn signal! Through 500 m woman was stoped by other police car waiting on th road! Police man (this on video) asked, why she couldn`t move. Woman answered. And after that cop gave her documents. But some second later voice from radio set said: "Take from this BITCH!!!! driving license"! After that came her husband and want to know for what they would like to hold her documents....

This video really show that police and all Power in Russia is holly shit! Where people divided on slaves and thiefs!

Intresting, that after this video this cop didn`t retaired! Only reprimand for him for...... didn`t ask his name!!!!!!!
