Fairly intense footage of action along the 1st, 3rd, and 7th Army fronts as US soldiers capture Frankfurt, Germany and many other cities and towns in late March and early April 1945. Footage from the capture of the German cities of Heidelberg, Aschaffenburg, Wurzburg, Nassig, Limburg, Paderborn, Giessen. and Wetzlar is also included.
