These days, I don’t feel the need to argue, explain or prove myself to anyone. I’ve learned that not every reaction is worth my energy and not every person deserves access to my peace. I quietly choose distance over disruption, silence over unnecessary noise and understanding over conflict.

I’ve evolved beyond the need to engage with difficult people, not because I can’t but because I simply don’t want to anymore. Nothing feels more precious than protecting my inner peace, moving gently through life and choosing environments that don’t exhaust my soul.
