Automation, AI & content at scale: what does the future of content hold?
The future of content? Complicated.
We’re seeing companies publish more, localize faster, and automate just about everything. Tools like Storyblok and Localazy help teams reach global markets in days, not months.
But speed comes with trade-offs.
The more content we push, the harder it gets to preserve originality. There’s a growing tension between automation and authenticity, and I don’t think we’ve figured it out yet.
In our latest Bridging the Gap episode, we spoke with Alex Kopp from Storyblok about:
→ What “good” multilingual content looks like at scale
→ Why content infrastructure matters more than ever
→ How cross-functional collaboration improves localization outcomes
→ And where AI fits into the picture (and where it doesn’t)
Here’s one main takeaway: if we automate everything, we risk creating a lot of content that says very little. The hard part now is to scale without losing substance.
🎧 If you work in content, product, or localization, this one might be worth your time.
