5 Weight Loss Mistakes you make (AVOID these) | in Hindi | by GunjanShouts
Here are 5 most common weight loss mistakes which people make to lose weight.
First is they skip their meals when they are on weight loss journey thinking that it will help to skip calories but later when they feel hungry they lose control and tend to eat anything. Second mistake is a lot of people eat anything which is unhealthy thinking that they can compensate later with green tea or exercises which does not really happen so never do this mistake to lose weight. Third most common mistake is people on their weight loss journey join gym to do all the cardio because they think that only cardio helps in burning calories but one should do a mixed workout that includes cardio, function training, weight training, flexibility etc. A mixed workout is the best workout. Forth weight loss mistake which I see people doing is that they replace their meal with juices or shakes which has equal or sometimes more calories and you also miss all the nutrition which you get from a proper diet. Fifth mistake which is shown in this video is that people who stop eating carbs to lose weight. Carbs are not bad for your health, bad carbs or processed carbs are bad so one should never stop eating all the carbs.
