Vertical Third is an independent project not backed by any form of major funding. We are building a game architecture to help improve the industry by reducing costs and improving workflows. Our goal with this is to have more projects funded and less projects cancelled. Our work on Ruins of Tearyn will directly improve Vertical Third, just like how Epic Games uses Fortnite to improve Unreal Engine.
