Learn Kung Fu in Virtual Reality! This is the warm up you must do for kung fu every time. There are many exercises which are key to get you ready for kung fu. Without any weights or tools, we can practice Kung Fu, that's the beauty of it. As taught by Sifu in his book, "Shaolin Warrior."

I wanted to learn kung fu since I was a kid. But actually, it wasn't until much later in life that I started! Martial arts are awesome, as they will discipline and train your mind, body, and soul. There is a whole philosophy of peace to go along with it! Chris Huxtable joins us again for training!
