►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use blue as your base color and top with flakies
-(Optional) protect around your nails with your choice of barrier
-In your cup, create a bullseye with the black & scattered holo
-Using your orange stick, draw in your design & then carefully dip in your nail(s)
-Clean any excess polish off of the surface, then slowly pull out your fingers
-Remove protection if used and clean up around the edges
-Touch up if necessary
-Finish with top coat!
