I call this the 2 day potty training method because my son picked it up and didn't have an accident after the second day. I share exactly what we did in detail and I think the #1 key to our success was that I was *extremely* diligent in following the timer method so there were minimal opportunities for accidents. I also think his age being slightly older at 2.5 helped because he was fully aware could both understand and communicate. Please note I am not an expert, I am just sharing what worked for us and I hope you find this helpful!

- Where do you put the potty during training? During training I had the potty in the same room with us everywhere we went, you want it close by. After week 2 I moved it into the bathroom. After week 3 I transitioned him to a step up potty that attaches to the toilet (it's linked below) but he still sometimes uses the small one from time to time.
