Digital Combat Simulator is the most advanced VR flight simulator and running it in wide FOV and high resolution on Pimax VR headsets is a very demanding task!

After a few days of testing, tweaking and bench-marking DCS World 2.5, Digital Combat Simulator in VR on Pimax 8K and 5K+, I want to share my optimal settings and tweaks for the best berformance and frame rate balanced with optimal image quality and visual immersion! The Pimax 8K and the Pimax 5K+ are two next generation high end VR headsets with ultra wide FOV and high resultion display panels releasing soon. They are a big step forward from the current VR generation of HTC Vive, HTC Vive Pro, Samsung Odyssey and Oculus Rift.
