Earth Day 2021 - Cooking with Bart van Olphen and Alaskan Wild Salmon

Started in San Francisco 51 years ago and now observed by over a billion people every year, Earth Day is a day to consider our individual and collective responsibility to the planet and our environment.
We teamed up with chef Bart van Olphen from Fish Tales to produce an informative video on making sustainable choices when shopping for seafood. Not only does Bart share with us reasons to consider sustainably sourced food like Alaskan Wild Salmon, but he also gives us a delicious recipe to try out.
