INGREDIENTS:
•onions
•peppers (red, orange, yellow, green)
•carrots
•garlic
•ginger
•spinach
•eggs (I used 12 dozen for a family of 7)
•plantains
•seasoning (I used salt, season salt, mrs. Dash and slap ya momma)
•vegetable oil
