Welcome to the first video in the vLog series in which I document the process of building a drum studio.

This studio is at the bottom of my garden, and my dad and I are doing it entirely ourselves.

This first video documents the first stages, beginning with a muddy hole in the ground, and ending with a fully prepared foundation, on which we can begin building.

In part 2, we will look at the process of building the walls themselves.

Throughout the series, we will look at soundproofing techniques, the construction process, and the stage-by-stage way in which we built this studio.
