Reps workout format:
Round 1: 20,20,20, 200 M.
Round 2: 18,18,18, 200 M.
Round 3: 16,16,16, 200 M.
Round 4: 14,14,14, 200 M.
Round 5: 12,12,12, 200 M.

Dumbbell weight:
Men: 50-35 lb or 22.7-15.9 kg
Women: 35-20 lb or 15.9-9.1 kg
*choose weight accordingly

You can replace the toes to bar for laying leg raises, high knees, or regular sit ups.
