Forearms - Barbell Roll Curl

This exercise trains both the flexors and extensors of the forearms. You only need a barbell, an elastic training band and a kettlebell or dumbbell. There is of course also a variant in which a stick with rope and a plate tied to it is attached. Before this exercise, make sure that everything is properly secured and the elastic is not torn. The basis is four sets up and down.

Place the barbell on a platform on which it can rotate. The elevation is between chest and face height. Attach the elastic band double-insured around a dumbbell or kettlebell and the other side around the end of a barbell. Roll the weight up and then down again with both hands. Turning away from you trains the Flexors, turning towards you trains the Extensor.
