Better Than Baked ZITI (DELICIOUS AS LASAGNA)
This is a recipe for those who love lasagna but are missing the lasagna noodles. I’ve been in the predicament of having all the ingredients but not the right lasagna pasta. In my opinion its just as delicious and even more convenient. Let’s get into it!!!

Ingredients
Any pasta like rigatoni or ziti (smaller ones)
Mozzarella Cheese
Sauce
Ground Spicy Italian Pork- 1 lbs
1 Large Onion- minced
1 Carrot Minced (optional but always great to add for the kiddos)
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Large bottle of sauce
Tomato Paste
Bechamel
4 Cups of Milk
Half Cup of Flour
8 Tbl Spoons Butter
White Pepper
2-3 Cups Shredded Parmesan
