Italian Zucchini Stew - Video 180

Recipe-
1-2 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1-2 28 oz can diced tomatoes (or whole)
2-4 cups water ( use it to swish the cans out)
1 stick of pepperoni (cut into bite size pieces)
2 med size squash ( I used one zucchini and one yellow )(cut into bite size pieces)
2 large potatoes( I used baking potatoes or you can use russets)(cut into bite sizes)
1 tsp blk pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
add all ingredients in a pot except the squash, and boil 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are tender, add the squash and cook on simmer until the squash is tender.
I keep mine on simmer or in a crock pot on low.
I use the same sauce the next day or two for pasta, and the sauce taste even better. or you can add meatballs, green beans or make it your own and put what you like in it.. Your surely cant go wrong with this sauce. Its delicious
