Easy Healthy Meatballs | Recipe 👩🏼🍳🍝
Hello everyone!
I hope you guys like my meat ball video! This is a super easy recipe that I use during my off season prep/ reverse phase. These meat balls are delicious I promise you’re going to LOVE it 😍🤤
What you need:
Large bowl
Rubber gloves
Baking pan
Ingredients:
1lbs ground beef (I’m using grass fed 92/8)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup PANKO Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup diced red onion
Lawyers seasoned salt
Salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Pepper
Steps:
1. Pre heat oven 400 degrees
2. Mix ingredients all together in bowl
3. Roll into 7 balls
4. Bake for 20 mins
5. Pan fry balls until they get a little crispy
ENJOY!
Or...
6. Put in a crockpot with pasta sauce on high for 3-4 hours (work out, run some errands or clean the house - the meat balls will be perfect!) 🍝❤️
