NEXT Exam latest updates for medical students. NEXT Exam is a licentiate exam for Indian medical graduates and foreign medical graduates.

In this video, we have explained in detail about the NEXT Exam in the simplest way. NEXT exam is set to replace both the FMGE & NEET PG exam. It may also replace the final year exam for IMG.
NEXT exam will be implemented from 2022. The exam is basically conducted in two parts namely Next part 1 and Next part 2.

Next Part 1 will be conducted one year earlier and only if you pass the exam you can go for an Internship. It will be an online exam fully computer-based which will continue for 3 days long. 50% is the qualifying score for the exam and the score will decide PG seat for the candidates. The score will be valid for 2-3 years.

The pattern of the Exam NEXT 1:
Pre-lunch Post Lunch
Day 1: Medicine & Allied Pediatric

Day 2: Surgery & Allied ENT
(120) (60)

Day 3: Gynae & Allied Opthal
(120) (60)

NEXT PART 2: It is based on the Practical Exam only. Either you pass or fail will decide your license.
