Pharmaceutical Booklet Making System using H+H M8.40 Folder System

H+H shows a great way to make pharmaceutical label booklets with pull tab openings. The label booklets are pre die cut to get the perf lines and the tabs on the sheet. Glue is applied to the top of the sheet only to keep the machine cleaner. Folding 2 wide and 4 wide layouts is possible for many page count variations. This arrangement uses the M8.40 folder with up to 16 plates in the main unit allowing high page count booklets to be well within reach. In the video we feature the M8.40 Parallel Folding Unit, HHS glue units, the 920 transfer table with reject gate, the Z2 cross fold knife, 850.4 transfer, 381 cutting and scoring table, KL 112.1 buckle folder and 180.1 Spine Down delivery. Note that the spine down delivery saves the tabs on the booklet from being damaged.
